- being able to put the appliance (thermomix, monsieur cuisine, etc.) under the extractor hood and thus evacuate vapors/smoke more efficiently.
- by putting the machine under the hood instead of under the furniture, you will prevent your furniture from being damaged over time due to steam and heat coming off when cooking, so you will keep your furniture intact.

Totally, a lot.
As you have the board, you can put your robots under the extractor hood, so you will avoid cooking under the furniture and that they are damaged by the output of steam/smoke that the robot generates.
You will also avoid taking weight to move the robot, since since it has wheels, you can move it anywhere effortlessly.

Specifically, for the thermomix, the weak point of this machine is the scale, therefore changing it from place to hand and loading it from one place to another you risk of unstabilizing the weight and ruining it.
If you move it with a board with wheels instead of loading it, you will prevent you from spoiling the scale (the digital weight) so it is a “safety measurement too.
A repair of thermomixronda scale sensors at €200 which is why we undoubtedly advise the use of a board with wheels.
